We wanted to share with you how our team is responding to the virus while we continue providing services. Under Governor Holcomb’s “stay at home” order (Executive Order 20-08) law firms are deemed an “essential business” and may remain open to serve our clients in this critical time. However, here are 3 steps we are taking right now to protect the health and safety of our team, our clients, and our community:
- Remote Working
As a team, we are always interested in the best tools to do our work and fortunately, this enables us to work remotely. Our team is plugged in and ready to assist you, so continue to call and email with us as usual. - Virtual Meetings
We are experienced in digital meetings. If you or a loved one need legal advice during this time, we are equipped to meet with you online using a variety of platforms, and ready to quickly and safely address your needs. - Adapting and Evolving
The situation surrounding this virus is constantly evolving, and we are remaining vigilant and adapting as circumstances change. We are monitoring local, state, and federal updates and adjusting our protocols as necessary.
Other important notes:
- The legal services we offer remain important, and for some become more important, during a health crisis. We will continue to serve you with clear legal advice and action during this time.
- Wills, medical powers of attorney, financial powers of attorney, and trusts are top of mind for many people right now. We are equipped to work with you to design and finalize these documents quickly and safely.
- If you have any questions or if we can accommodate you in another way, please call or email us to discuss. We value your health and safety, and will continue to be vigilant and adapt to the situation as it evolves.
